Step 1- Government Servant can login with their KGID as Username and Password and > select the menu 'Permission to Purchase Properties'. If applied earlier a list will be displayed. Step 2- If not applied earlier click on NEW to apply for 'Permission for Purchase of Property' , fill in all the mandatory fields and > click on 'Submit' to submit your application.

Step 1- Employee have to login with their KGID number as Username and Password and > click on the 'NOC for Passport' menu. If you have already submitted the application it will be displayed on click of the menu. Step 2- For applying the 'NOC for Passport' click on NEW button which is on top left of the page > a form will be generated where you have to fill in all the mandatory fields and > click 'Submit' to apply for NOC for Passport.

The Employee can check the status of his/her application by logging in with their KGID and > click on menu 'NOC for Passport', list of application is displayed and you can see whether application is sanctioned or not.

Step 1- Employee have to login with their KGID as their user name and password and > click on the 'NOC for Foreign Trip' upon clicking application will be displayed if applied earlier. Step 2- If not applied earlier log in with the KGID number a Username and Password and > select menu 'NOC for Foreign Trip' > click on NEW button a form will generate, fill in all the mandatory fields and upload the required documents and > click 'Submit' your application is submitted.

The provision to 'Delete' the 'Permission for Purchase of Property' application is till the application is not accepted and not yet forwarded by Admin to any case worker for further processing. The employee can Delete the application for the Permission for Purchase of Property by logging in with KGID and > select the menu Permission for Purchase of Property and their is a option to delete you application,> click 'Delete' and your application is deleted.

Step 1- Government employee have to log in with KGID number as Username and Password and > select the menu 'Annual Performance Report' where all the list of Annual Performance Report applications are displayed if applied earlier. You can see the application in the list Step 2- If not applied earlier, log in with KGID number as username and password and > select the menu 'Annual Performance Report' and > click NEW, a form will be generated fill all the fields and > click 'Submit'.

Government Employees can Edit or Delete their LTC/HTC application form by logging in with their KGID number as Username and Password and > select the menu 'LTC/HTC' an applied application form will be displayed where options given like view,edit and delete you can > click on 'Edit' to update you application and > click 'Delete' to delete your application form.

Step 1- Employee have to login with their KGID number as Username and Password and click on Leave application menu Step 2- click on NEW to fill all the required data. Step 3- select the type of Leave, fill all the mandatory fields given and click on Submit button. A notification will be sent to Admin once you submit.

The employee can delete the application he/she has applied earlier. You have to login with your KGID number and > select the menu 'Charge Allowance' application , where you can see your submitted application with your name KGID number. At the last column of table, a delete option is given where you can > click 'Delete' button and your application is deleted.

Step 1- Government employee have log in with their KGID number as Username and Password and > select the menu 'Tour Programme / Tour Dairy'. Upon clicking on list of Tour Programme, it displays the list of TP/TD which were applied earlier. You can view the Programme on > clicking 'view' icon. Step 2- If Tour Programme is not created earlier, then log in and > select the menu 'Tour Progrramme / Tour Dairy' and > click on NEW button to create and fill in all the fields and > click 'Save' and your Tour Programme is created.

Government Employees have to login with their KGID number as Username and Password and select the menu 'LTC/HTC' and the applied list of LTC/HTC application will be displayed > click on 'Edit' , if your work is saved as draft then only you can edit it.

Step 1- Government employees have to login with their KGID number as 'Username' and 'Password' and > select the menu 'LTC/HTC' , a list of applied LTC/HTC wiil be displayed , if applied earlier you can see the application in the list. Step 2 - If not applied earlier, login with your KGID number and > select the menu 'LTC / HTC' and > click on NEW button, a form will be generated fill in all the fields and > click on Submit button and your application will be submitted.

Employee can check their request status by logging in with their KGID number and > Select the 'Leave' application menu and > enter the 'From' and 'To Date' you have requested, upon search you will get the status of your request.

The Government Employee can login with their KGID as Username and Password and > select the menu 'Permission to Purchase Property' their you have to > click on 'Edit' and form is generated where you can edit any information and > click on 'Update' and your application is edited.

Step 1- Employee have to login with their KGID number and > select the menu 'Charge Allowance' application and if you applied for it earlier , a screen displays about your application where you can see the status of your application. Step 2- If applying it for the first time > click on NEW, a form will be generated. Fill in all the mandatory fields and > click on 'Submit' to apply the application.

Step 1- Government Servant have to login with their KGID number has Username and Password and > click on the menu 'Extra Qualifying Services for Pension Benefits'. A list of pension application will be displayed upon clicking where you can see your application u have submitted already. Step 2- If Employee did not applied earlier then login with your KGID no and click > new option on top left of the page screen a form will be generated where you have to fill all the mandatory fields and > click the Submit button to apply the application.

The employee can edit or update his/her application by logging in with respective KGID number and > select the menu 'Qualifying Services for Pension Benefit' and list of application is displayed on the screen, there you have to > click on 'Edit' button to edit your application and > click the 'Update' button and your application is updated.

Employee can Edit and Delete their Annual Performance Report by logging in with their KGID number and > select the 'Annual Performance Report' menu, the list is displayed where options are given view,edit ,delete if you want to edit the report click > edit and fill the fields and click > update ,if you want to delete the application click > delete and the application is deleted.

Step 1- Government Employee have to log in with their KGID number as Username and Password and > select the menu 'Assets and Liabilities' ,if applied previously a list of applied Assets and liabilities application will be displayed. Step 2- For applying new application login with KGID no as Username and Password and > select the menu 'Assets and liabilities' > click on new a form will be generated fill in the mandatory fields and if you work is pending then >click on Save as draft , and > click Submit to apply The data cannot be changed once you submit.
